Still fiddling with temperatures/times on this. Oh tea, why are so you so complicated. In any case, this was still tasty. Definitely been in a plain tea (as opposed to flavored) mood so this hit the spot.

So this is from the coffee shop on campus at Virginia Tech. I grabbed a couple ounces of a few teas there before I graduated. I have no idea who the supplier is, and of course the e-mail on the website doesn’t work. Oh well.

Followed Teavivre’s instructions since this came with none, worked out pretty well. 195 degrees, 3 infusions at 1 minute, 2, and then 3 minutes.

This may have been my first loose white tea. It’s super super tasty! Very smooth and light. Not sure I get a whole lot of the floral taste that’s supposed to be here. I’d have to compare it with some other white teas. Even shared some with my future mother-in-law who enjoyed it as well.

Any favorite white tea recommendations would be great!
