Revisiting this one. Such a lovely black tea. Strong and bold and malty. Delicious. Perfect for the first cup of the day.

I love this one.

In honor of today’s published review, I decided to enjoy a cup of this. You can check out the review here:

This is really good. Rich & delicious. Nice burnt-sugar caramel-y note, along with a delicious baked-bread kind of taste with a nice level of malt. Toothsome! I love this.

So good! The flavor is almost CREAMY. It tastes very decadent. Full-bodied and very satisfying.

Definitely one of the best black teas out there!

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this… now I’m off to write a full-length review for our SororiTea Sisters Blog (http://sororiteasisters.com )

Yup! Puerh Buds! In Nature keeps the surprises coming my way! :)

Smells like a gentle sweet celery once infused. It’s very light in color….almost clear.

The taste is very mild yet juicy-sweet and quenches my thirst! But will I stop drinking tea!? Heck no! LOL

This is a delight!

Cofftea

Is this sheng?

TeaEqualsBliss

I don’t know as much about Puerh as I should, I suppose. All I can see is buds! Like in the pic and I just pasted the info from their website for the description. I know it’s raw because it says it’s ‘untouched’ and with no human interference.

Cofftea

Ah ha. You answered my question:) Raw=sheng. Cooked=shu. I love sheng, but Yunnan sheng isn’t my favorite. What were your steeping parameters for this? You don’t list them and I want to try this at some point, but have no clue what to do w/ it lol.

Geoffrey Norman

Was this a “white bud” puer? The ones with the post-fermented white tea leaves?

TeaEqualsBliss

I went with about 3 minutes then decided to go for at least another minute because I wanted to see if I could get it stronger.

This is a lovely green tea. You can read my full-length review of it here:

Enjoying my time brewing this in my gaiwan this evening, a little late, perhaps, for caffeine but my “clock” is a bit off because I was up so late last night.

This is a beautiful tea, and offers many flavorful infusions!

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me this tea to try!

The flavor is very fresh and sweet. It has a very buttery taste to it. There are light floral notes, very subtle fruit notes and even a hint of nutty flavor to it – a very complex tea for having only steeped it for 1 minute!

Delightful!

Milky and nutty. Intensely scented. Even Buttery…like buttered veggies. This is really yummy!

In Nature continues to amaze me!!!

Dry Leaf Scent: EXTREMELY Buttery…very nice!
Post infusion Scent: Still buttery, but a different kind of buttery…and green tea…

COLOR: pale but pretty yellow

Taste: The Purest of Pure! Extremely CLEAN. A nice even Green Tea Taste…not bitter or grassy…semi-sweet.

I really like this…one of the best “Dragon Wells” I have had so far!

Mmm. Smells bready and chewy and I just wanna gnaw on it a little bit. Even though this is a Chinese tea, it smells like a super-tasty Assam. Then, once it is fully brewed, a bold and rich Tiger-like Yunnan. And the taste? It somehow manages to be both! Chewy and nom-worth Assam on the front, smooth and sweet Yunnan on the back – it’s like the mullet of teas! If this had a little smoke and cocoa thrown into the mix, it’s be the slightly less developed twinsie of the fantastic Tan Yang Te Ji from TeaSpring. This one falls short of that high standard but it’s still a pretty darn good tea. Thanks to TeaEqualsBliss for this tasty number!

Okay, must add that as it cools, it’s getting insanely thick feeling with a strong fig-like note of sweetness. It almost makes me think I’m sipping on syrup. In a good but crazy-rich way.

The box doesn’t lie…
this is PURE Green Tea.
A Nice PURE Green Tea. VERY ‘clean’ and sweet and a hint of veggies…but very slight hint of a veggie taste. It’s more sweet that anything… I would say a SWEET Surprise! VERY nice! A great green tea.

sygyzy

Hints of veggie – I love it! LOL

Sweet blossoms is what this reminds me of at first sniff!

The taste is gentle, sweet, yet floral at times…
Towards the end of the sip you get a little bit of the woodsy taste but it’s slight
and the after taste is a tad nutty but pleasant.

This is a very laid back and go-with-the-flow type tea!
