Riotous-looking combination of black tea, oat straw, pollen, mango & cherry pieces with a faint honey aroma. Infusion is very smooth with a sweet, honeyed flavor. Not picking up any fruit flavors, but a pleasant tea overall.

Don’t let the pretty peachy pink infusion fool you—this is not a light-flavored tea. Rich with cinnamon and anise flavors with a hint of tartness from the hibiscus and rosehips, maybe a touch fruity. In any event, well-balanced and surprisingly delicious!

Looking forward to icing this, and the day was perfect for iced tea! Unfortunately, the brew did not live up to my expectations—the sweetness and fruitiness that I enjoyed in the hot tea were gone! Rather bland and tasteless iced. I am leaving the rating as is because I still enjoy this one hot.

It’s glorious today—sunny and in the low 80’s (it’s supposed to get colder later in the week.) I wanted a tea to celebrate spring, and this came to hand. The infusion is the color of rose-gold with a fruity berry aroma. Tart, yet with a sweetness. The flavor and scent held up through 2 subsequent infusions. I will try this one iced next time—it should prove quite refreshing as the weather continues to warm.

Dark black, twisted wiry leaves with leaf pieces. No berries as in photo, but an aroma of berries. Infusion is a beautiful copper color with a light fruity aroma. Tart with a bit of astringency with elusive sweet berry notes. This would take a bit of sugar well.
