The name of this drives me wild! Mission Accomplished? Well, I must say when I got this yesterday afternoon in the mail – I couldn’t wait to get back to work and try it today! I can clearly see ALL described ingredients! I can’t stop sniffing this!!! It’s AWESOME…It’s like a Chocolate Peanut Butter type smell. I have been smelling it over and over again. The last time I opened the tin to sniff I sniffed so hard I almost snorted up some of the loose leaf mixture! HAHA! Seriously!
The first sip I really did notice the cardamom but I think that was the idea of the whole thing, right!? I mean, hence – the name!? Anyhow…I continued to sip and certainly picked up on both the Almond and the Cocoa. It’s pretty good. The cinnamon and cardamom pair together as they should and the pairing jumps up in front of the line but the Chocolate/Almond taste isn’t fair behind. The color of the tea liquid is a light-medium brown.
I still like their Chocolate Almond Allure better but this is good, too.
I’m giving it extra points for aroma…I LOVE IT…
HAD to squeeze a Rooibos in before heading home…I finally get to stay home tonight – I have been running around like a crazy manic for over a week! So…I will be logging more this evening.
Today this smells a little like a Lemon Flavored Cigar…other than that…all other thoughts still apply!
I’m going to try and drink a bunch of rooibos this afternoon because I have a lot but wanted to treat myself to a cup of this since it is my favorite flavored rooibos thus far!
I love lemon meringue pie enough I may just have to learn how to make meringue.
Have you ever tried SpecialTeas Lemon Chiffon Rooibos? I’m wondering how it compares.

It’s pretty amazing. If this is as good as that, then it’s darned good. I’d love to be able to compare the two.
wombatgirl: Yes! Please compare the two! I’m thinking that this Luscious Lemon Meringue is just Lemon Chiffon repackaged.

This is absolutely a scent double to Lemon Meringue.
The lemon flavor is true and makes me feel very happy. It fits perfectly with the rooibos. The Vanilla makes it creamy and smooth…tones down the stereotypical rooibos flavor to give it its-own story…
The flowers just seem to be there for moral support.
This is just lovely and makes me SMILE and in a good mood.

I scored it higher because when I find a Rooibos I really like I automatically give it extra points…has to stand apart from the rest, ya know!? LOL
This sounds yummy (eventhough it’s rooibos)! but I can’t help thinking that this looks and sounds a lot like SpecialTeas’ Lemon Chiffon. A lot of the desserty lemon rooibos blends look like the same thing!
This smells like Wine prior to infusing. The coloring of the liquid is certainly a ruby red.
Strawberry-Floral tastes push thru the most. Vanilla-Strawberry aftertaste. Creative and beautiful blend! Lovely. A little tart for my usual-liking but still a good Rooibos!

Thanks to WONKS I have a tin of this! I’m ever so grateful! Thank you!!! I have been craving this one and missing it very much! Because it’s so memorable and because I have missed it so and it’s tastes just as amazing if not more amazing that before (I had this 2 years ago!) I am upping the rating to 100. YES! 100…many of you know it’s rare if I rate something with a 100…I think I have less than 20 individual teas on here that I have given a 100 rating to and this is now one of them.
Black tea, cocoa AND Chocolate, caramel, and Almonds…TO A TEA. YUMMERS!~
OMG! I think I’m in LOVE…or at least great ‘like’!!!
This smells totally wonderful! The taste is great too! Its perfectly advertised chocolate almond scent continues being the rock star it is in taste as well! It’s a flavored black tea so you can still taste the black tea with the chocolate and almond notes added in. I think the almond is more noticeable but it’s still a wonderful treat. Too bad I only had 1 sample…I’m going to have to purchase this at some point!

@silvermage2000 – The chocolate scent is more powerful than the taste of chocolate but it’s still present and pleasant

This is my first taste of Talbott Teas. Many of you know that I have had a hard time with Hibiscus in the past…so…I am a little afraid. This is steeping right now.
While it’s ‘doing it’s thang’ I thought I would comment on their website and tins! Eventho I am trying one of their bagged teas I think their tins are neat and the names of the teas are certainly intriguing. I’m looking forward to trying more from this company! Their website is very user friendly!
The blend of this Rooibos Mix is colorful and smells sweet. The liquid after steeping is light brown.
The taste is very rooibos and believe it or not cuts the tartness of the fruit, THANK GOD. They seemed to blend well…but that darn hibiscus still haunts me.
Keeping in mind that I am not fond of hibiscus – this is fairly good. I am surprised therefore I will score a little higher. Altho I doubt I would even purchase this I am glad I tried it and looking forward to more from this company.
This has roobios,lemongrass,calendula petals,lemon and vanilla. You can see the ingredients obviously. I’t smells like lemon with abit of vanilla. I steeped the tea. You can really taste the lemon and the vanilla. This I’s decent to me.
YUM! I just added this to my shopping list. I’ve gotta try it!
