I bought this tea at The Tea Exchange in Manhattan Beach, California, and I was instictively drawn to its dark and rich flavor. This is not a tea for the meak of palate. Its smokey flavor paired with its usual floral undertones makes for a nice cup of tea. Don’t be dissuaded by the color of the leaves, it is a very crisp and clean tea.
