Cold brewed in glass jar for almost 20 hours. Used 4 teaspoons in just over 3 cups of water. Slightly too strong, will use 3 teaspoons next time.

Dry product smells quite good. After steeping it has an aroma and taste slightly similar to spinach, but in a good way. Kind of creamyish tasting, for tea anyways. Tastes better after each infusion as it seems to get sweeter and tastes less vegetal. Steeped 3 times. Also, found it quite helpful in getting rid of a sore throat due to having a cold.
