Peaceful pretty much sums this up! Very relaxing. There is a good deal of chamomile in here which I can taste fairly intensely. The peppermint helps that a little. I wouldn’t mind more peppermint to be honest with you. There is a fruity hint to this too! That is pretty nice! At first I was concerned about having this in the middle of the workday but I was looking for something to help my stomach and thought this may be good.

Taste-wise this is alright. It’s a bit herbal-medicine-E but the mint and fruit notes help a little.

This is very nice. I was a little nervous to try it as herbals tend to make me a little nervous, but it doesn’t taste medicinal. It has a pleasant, calm flavor that will hopefully help me rest, since tomorrow is going to be a very busy day!

Soothing – tranquil. A very nice cup.

This is very nice. I like lemon…usually LOTS and LOTS of lemon in types of tisanes like this…but the lemon is more mellow than I thought it would be and I do like it quite a bit still. Maybe that is what they mean by SOOTHING. Regardless this is a satisfying cup. I need all the soothing teas I can get today to relax my nerved up mood…ug.
