I have been boiling this on low heat for 5-7 minutes, then using the spiced water to brew organic English Breakfast from the Imperial Tea Court. I love the smooth blend of spices and the way my kitchen smells of warmth and spice afterward.

Backlogging and Sipdown! This will be missed. I had this yesterday and savored every sip and moment. I LOVE the mint and the spice is subtle as well as the lemongrass and ginger…right up my alley!
I used this spice blend to spice up a cup of Sweet Caramel O’Mine – I have a Caramel Chai! OMG it is so good! The nutmeg in the spices brings out the “burnt sugar” aspect of the caramel so nicely. The ginger and pepper give it a nice spicy kick. Delicious! YUM YUM YUM!
This time I made it non-latte and I like it much better this way. The mint tastes crisper.
I like this chai, it’s tasty. But I find myself wishing there was a little more spice. It tastes like it’s missing something to me.
I made this a bit stronger than I had planned on, so I decided to make it a latte. It’s very good as a latte, although the mint seems to be hiding in the milk a little bit, as do the other spices. It’s tasty, but I think it would be better straight up.
I’ll reserve my rating until next time…
Finishing off the last that I have of this delicious chai and finishing my review of it (will publish soon on http://sororiteasisters.com )
Today, I am having it with a dollop of honey but no milk. I like this as a latte, but I think I like it better without the milk. It has a very pleasant smoothness, and no bitterness from the Assam. A very well-rounded chai, the spices are very nicely balanced.
A delicious chai! I am increasing the rating slightly because I am enjoying it much more today than I did yesterday.
Very nice! This is a well-spiced chai. I made a latte this time around, just because a chai latte sounded good to me, but before I write a full-length review of this chai I will have to have a cup of it without addition. I found that the addition of milk softened the spices a bit. While the flavor is still very good here, I thought it was better as a non-latte.
Spicy yet smoother than I expected. This is a decent and wholesome Chai!
OMG! OMG! OMG! Seriously…On.My.God!
I LOVE THIS!
I battle with chai because I usually find one or more ingredients that jump out more than the others or the spices are too strong or not strong enough and you know how I LOVE mint so that is a plus!!! WOW! I really LOVE this! This has the perfect amount of EVERYTHING for me!!!
I will be doing a full length review over at SororiTEA Sisters VERY soon!!!
For now…
This is my favorite chai…to date. YUM!
