This tea hooked me on Harney. To be honest, cinnamon is not my favorite spice. It’s okay but not my first choice. But when I saw the cute tin I picked it up and I could smell the tea even though it was sealed! I thought,“Wow! I have to at least give this a try.” So I tried it.

With a dash of Splenda and Appx. 2 teaspoons of cream I was hooked! Very smooth and flavorful. The aroma is inviting and stimulating. Just the thing on a late fall or winters afternoon to relax after work with.

If I was a cinnamon lover my rating would probably be 90.

Where to start? I am cuddlesmom in honor of the most amazing dachshund/terrier that ever lived (she lasted 19 years, passing away in 2015). Otherwise, I am a history teacher, wife and ardent Bond fan (Dalton being my favorite Bond on the screen).

I dabble in writing romance and suspense, (though the muse has gone on what appears to be an indefinite vacation as of late). I just finished reading A Gentleman in Moscow & have to say what a fun read that was!

As far as tea goes, I have been a dabbler for a longtime but since I recently discovered Harney & Sons in Target, I’ve gotten hooked on it. Since that first tin, I find myself more and more interested in trying new types of tea.

The Harney site, with its free shipping and samples, is a very dangerous place indeed.

As for my ratings, they are based on a standard scale: 100= Flawless perfection, 99-90= Excellent, 89-80= Above Average, 79-70= Average, 69-60= Below Average, 59-below Failing, poor tea IMO.

Irish Breakfast is my black non-flavored go to tea, raspberry has been pushed out by Harney’s Goji Fruit tea as my favorite fruit tea. I am starting to do more green teas and have just ordered my first oolong, so we will see how it goes.
