Yum! Fusion does marvelous things with mates, and this is one of their best. The roasted flavor of the mate is still pretty strong, but over it there’s a flavorful haze of raspberry and chocolate, leaving behind a sort of cake-y aftertaste that I’m really into, like you just finished a chocolate cupcake with raspberry frosting.
