Flavour: Cherry notes with just the right sweet-tart balance. Excites the palate and lingers well after the first gulp. Excellent iced tea as well as great hot tea.

Dry Leaf Nose: Plum aroma.

Liquor: Green-gold and clear with a fine floral aroma, laced with notes of ripe plum and pine.

Flavour: Excellent, fresh flavour with extreme floral notes up front. Followed by plum, ripe fruit, a fresh hint of pine, and a bit of a vegetal component. Very complex. Lingers on the palate leaving an excellent ‘oolong glow.’

Liquor: Golden yellow clear liquor with the intriguing aromas of jackfruit and starfruit.

Flavour: Intriguing and deliciously sweet liquor with a sweet starfruit character made much more interesting by the backdrop of exotic jackfruit notes. The liquor is satisfying and complex.

Liquor: Red/pink and clear liquor with a kick of ginger and cinnamon and fruity background.

Flavour: The ginger and black tea compliement one another well while the cinnamon brings out and enhances the fruits (apple and rhubarb). The licorice sweetens the blend and adds a thick fullness to the body.
