And now we come to the point in my cupboard at which I purchased a pile of green oolongs. I meant to drink these up in preparation for the new spring oolongs that will no doubtedly be coming soon, and I suppose I still have a bit of time. I realized that the best antidote to my hoarding impulses with oolongs is the notion that every year there will be lovely oolongs harvested, so I should drink them while they are fresh. Too bad my cupboard is so big I so rarely get around to them.
Well this is still sweet and buttery and floral and lovely. A nice TGY will always make me happy. It started out pretty vegetal but got sweeter and sweeter as the cup cooled, until it was like honey. Mmm.
