Come! Be Hugo Tea’s new Production Master. This lad or lass gets things done and doesn’t fuss about it. The Production Master manages all the inventory that Hugo Tea buys from farmers all over the world, including receiving, blending, packing, and fulfillment. You will be the master of Hugo Tea’s shiny new warehouse space in North Kansas City.
You will direct hourly employees during peak production times throughout the year. At other times, you be directly involved with blending and packing tea as well as brewing our popular Original Chai Concentrate.
Organization is paramount. You must demand a clean and orderly workplace. Are you someone who doesn’t care to make your bed in the morning? Perhaps you don’t mind leaving dirty dishes in the sink? Don’t bother applying.
This position is salaried with the long term possibility to earn equity in Hugo Tea.
