How do most people here perceive flavored teas?

My preference is for flavored teas, as it has since the beginning. When it comes to artificial flavors, that in of itself does not bother me as long as it either tastes fairly close to the real thing or there is something else about it that makes it appealing. (Like vanilla, I detest cheap vanilla scented candles because they are awful but a tea made with a good quality artificial vanilla flavoring is more likely to appeal to me, though if it also includes chai spices, or certain fruits like cherries or lime to either bring out the vanilla more or to contrast.) I am not opposed to unflavored teas and remain interested in trying more out…but I have to be in the right mood.
