How many cups of tea in a day?

Minimum of 3. I probably average around 5 or 6 a day.
I do limit myself to 1 cup of mate/guayusa a day and not past 3pm so I’m not hanging off the walls.

I used to drink 6-7 cups a day but now I’ve been drinking 1-3 cups a day. My tea mug is a 16 oz cup.

Anywhere from none (I have to get at least 80 oz of water or decaf/low caffeine tea a day before I can have regular caffeinated tea). Other days as much as 13 (10-12 decaf/low-caf, 1 cup regular caffeine).

About 5. My yunomi holds 4 oz of tea.
