Didn’t achieve my sipdown goal but still it my weight goal and that’s even after adding 200g+ to my weight this month from stocking up on herbal teas. At this rate i’m much more confident that i can get down to 4kg by the end of the year.

I think my goal for August is going to be to get down to 200. That’s really reaching for it, but it feels good to be clearing things out! It would be great if I could completely clear out everything I have by the end of the year, and then start 2017 with all new teas in my cupboard! Yeah, it could happen, although it may be fairly miraculous if it does.
My self-imposed tea purchasing hiatus has been really good for me (and for my bank account), but it will be fun to be able to purchase tea again, in reasonable amounts, LOL. Maybe then we can finally start our box up again :)
yes! I’ve been buying teas but in very small quantities and infrequently as i’m trying to get down to 4kg by the end of the year…so i can buy but only if i’m under my weight goal haha.
I’m still not ready to weigh my stash, LOL, but maybe by the end of the year I will enter THAT level of tea geekyness ;)

There seems to be a slight discrepancy between the end of july & the beginning of august, most likely I forgot to delete something, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out by the end of the month. Anyway, my starting total is 284, and my goal for the month is to get down to 200. It could happen!

Slow going, but even with some purchases, the trend has been mostly downwards :)

Anyway, you amaze me :)
I remember when I just had a few black teas, a few oolongs, a few herbals, and a few greens. 10 teas in my cupboard seemed like a lot.
Then I had the dream of having 30 black teas, one for each day of the month, LOL. That was fun for awhile.
I wanted to sample ALL the teas, until I realized that most ‘flavorings’ had an effect on me, but I still wanted to sample all the unflavored teas! I guess in a way I still do.
But with many teas, comes many decisions of ‘what to drink today?’
I have lots of other things to think about, lots of other decisions to make, which is really the main reason I’m trying to narrow it down to teas I love, and then sample a few new contenders here and there.

A new month, new numbers! Somehow, I’m starting the month with 252 teas, instead of 250. No problem! I think my goal for September is to get down to 200, and I’m hoping to really do that, but my backup goal is to get in at least 1 sipdown per day average.
