Where is the best place to buy a made in Japan matcha tea whisk?

I really want to get a tea whisk and did a bit of quick research and found that japanese ones last longer due to the steps they take to dry out the bamboo and the way they are made. They do cost more, but I wouldn’t mind that if the quality of the whisk is better. Does anyone know where to get one in Canada (Toronto ideally)? I was at the TO Tea Festival and it seemed everyone was selling the made in China versions. Thank you in advance! :)

They ship from Japan, but their shipping is really reasonable. You should try their starter kit. It’s a great deal!

I highly recommend Yunomi for authentic Japanese items.

For a basic Chasen the 80 prong whisk should do nicely. $16.50

If you are after a more advanced Chasen then they have a 120 prong whisk. $26.50

Usually the more prongs the better the frothing and breaking down of the Matcha will be. Though frankly I tend to use a basic one for most things and am usually happy with the results.
