Affiliate program for Smith Teamaker!

My name is Alex, I’m a Teamaker over at Steven Smith Teamaker. For a while now, we have wanted to show our appreciation for bloggers and writers who take the time to talk about us. That is why I am excited to share with you the “soft launch” of our affiliate program!
In case you are not familiar, an affiliate is a content producer who links to our site with a special type of link. This link issues a “cookie” to the user, so we can track where visitors are coming from. If that user makes a valid purchase, the cookie notifies the affiliate manager and issues a “commission” to the referring site. So, for example, lets say you reviewed our Lord Bergamot tea on your blog and linked to our page using an affiliate link. Then any time someone clicked on that link and made a purchase on our site, you would get a percentage of that sale.
We are offering a 25% commission on sales generated through your site. Our tracking cookie is good for 60 days, so users have plenty of time to browse the shop before they make a purchase. We really are focusing on niche content and are approving websites on a case-by-case basis so you won’t have to compete with sites like superhugeannoyingcouponsite.com or its ilk.
