I usually like (energetic wise): some glitch/bitpop/8bit music, especially the artist Kubbi.
Then for a chiller moment i prefer artist like Rodriguez, pink floyd, calmer number of Bring Me The Horizon, although I’m discovering more of the hardcore scene thanks to my brother

And some dith artists like Bløf and de dijk, also (not dutch: flat stanley!!)

Good OLD stuff..Pink Floyd, Steeley Dan, Doobie Brothers, Rod Stewart…yeah, thats the ticket!

Give me something slow with a groove or some old school funk. James Brown, Ray Charles, Al Green, The Meters etc etc. Music that makes love to the ears while the tea makes love to my mouth and body ;). Or something bluesy like bb king some Led Zep (lemon song), Pink Floyd, any classic rock that isn’t too fast. Those I like those cranked up to 11, playing along with my bass and making funny faces during guitar solos.

edit: ah so many bands to list: Soul Coughing, The Dead, Moe., Grey Boy All Stars, Allmans Bros., Keller Williams, Umphrey’s McGee, Particle, Medeski Martin & Wood, Galactic (<3), John Scofield, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones..im sure there is a hundred more that I could thing of. All of these are great when relaxing with some tea.

Back when teatra.de was still Leafbox Tea, I used to love their “Tea Listening” soundtracks. I still have a good chunk of their third playlist collected on my mp3 player. They had way more than this, but this’ just what I have/remember being on the lists (since they’re not exactly online anymore):

Chill listening. Other than that, I’m a bit like kieblera5 in that I’m a gamer. Usually drinking tea WHILE gaming. Not many orchestral covers exist of my favourite games, though..
