Oriental Beauty Recommendations?

So, Tea Setter is no more, and I need a new source for Oriental Beauty. It’s the only one I’ve ever had. I still need to taste and review Lulu’s sample, but I don’t think that’s available for purchase yet… So… I’m looking for one with very clear peach and apricot notes that lasts through many infusions and tastes naturally sweet. The more affordable, the better…

The best one I have ever had was from Green Terrace, but it isn’t cheap. Teaave has a nice one too.

Green Terrace is more affordable than Taiwan Tea Crafts, though. I’ll put this on my list for sure.

Oriental Beauty is the oolong I like best. I tried Lulu’s and have tried lots of others, but honestly none of them have been as good as Green Terrace for me. I also got significantly tea drunk from it for the first time in my life.

I tried some of Lulu’s Oriental Beauty just yesterday and it was really good in my opinion. The peach was more pronounced with a slight taste of honey that lingered in the aftertaste which I liked a lot. I got too caught up in the taste to remember the aroma sorry haha.

Taiwan Tea Crafts has one of the best OB’s I’ve ever had. But shipping is a bit steep (pun intended) but I am waiting for Beautiful Taiwan Tea Company to come out with their summer flush, it’s incredibly delicious.

I’d like to try Taiwan Tea Crafts, but I don’t know about spending $16 plus shipping on one sample… That is really expensive.

Yeah. I’m with you there. They do have free shipping for orders 25 and up with SHIP25. I think it’s sample size only.

Not yet. I want to try their Tawainese Assam as the price is really great but I haven’t done it yet. At least from the look of their packaging they seem to be selling their own teas and are not a taobao reseller as I sometimes see on aliexpress.

Although not online, we do have Dong Fang Mei Ren on stock. However in top quality and, consequently, expensive.
In a 100ml gaiwan, with 3-4 grams, it can be steeped up to 10 times.
