I used the Smart Soak for the first time last night and had wonderful results. It made my travel mugs look brand new! I hope the people at the Midwest Tea Festival have a similar experience (and thanks to whoever on Steepster recommended this!)
Y’all at Mandala are just wonderful. Anything we can do to get the word out about great companies with awesome tea and truly stellar customer service is a part of helping our tea community grow. Organizing a festival is one thing, but without you tea merchants, we’d have nothing to festivate! (Great word, btw)
