There were three blends that I was interested in that were listed as being in stock, but I couldn’t add them to my cart – Christmas Cookie Shou Mei, Lemon Ginger Cookie Oolong, and White Chocolate Lemon Shou Mei. If these three are in fact still available, I’d really like to get them in my grab bag if that’s possible…
I already made an order :/ Is putting the two that are still available (Christmas Cookie Shou Mei and White Chocolate Lemon Shou Mei) in my grab bag an option?
I will see what I can do, but the grab bags have already been sorted and the inventory updated. I’m working from home today on the website, but Monday I’ll go in and see what I can do.

It should be. I’ve been getting orders left and right with it on them. It only applies to 52teas blends, not Southern Boy Teas.
I placed my order, I’m glad I got another chance at the Eggnog Yunnan and White Chocolate Lemon Shou Mei.
What is the likelihood that the grab bag will contain any of the flavors NOT on the in-stock list?
Sorry for the slow response. The grab bags contain all kinds of goodies. Some of the teas are ones we didn’t know we still had. Some are teas that were blended and packaged, but we ran out of labels for (so they have hand-written labels).

I got my teas today and am extremely disappointed. You clearly advertise that the grab bag will contain 12 different teas…. but I got duplicates of THREE. Two of which I already have a bag of, because they were from the 12 Teas of Christmas – which nearly all of the teas in this grab bag are. Literally one tea is from the teas currently advertised as available on the site (Chai-napple Gunpowder, which is the third duplicate tea).
I am hoping you can resolve this by providing me with some additional teas, since I was under the impression that I would be getting 12 unique teas, including some off the website. I am particularly interested in Lemon Ginger Cookie Oolong, Christmas Cookie Shou Mei, and Caramel Monkey Bread Rooibos.

Sorry about the mix up. It has been a bit of madness around here lately, getting ready for our transition to iced teas. I’ll get you fixed up when we get back to the office on Tuesday. Again, I apologize.
Also to anyone ordering a grab bag… don’t bother if you got the 12 Teas of Christmas. 8 of my teas are from it.
Thanks for the heads-up! I don’t mind getting duplicates if I know that in advance, but this sounded like 12 different teas to me as well. I would have been disappointed too. :|
