I placed the following two orders at www.yunnansourcing.com in early 2014 for a total of $321.24, to be delivered to India.
02/16/2014 UYRYDZJDM $94.42
03/09/2014 AXPTYJJVG $226.82

Neither of the orders were ever delivered.

When contacted, the proprietor Scott initially said that he would ship replacements if the orders were not delivered.

He later changed track and said that he is suspending shipments to India & that he would refund my money.

Before placing the orders, I had communicated with Scott over email & he offered suggestions for teas to purchase, but never mentioned any issues with delivery to India.

After several months of follow up, Scott refunded $28.88 out of the total of $321.24 that I had paid for the two order.

He then completely stopped all communications with me & has not answered any email since then.

As far as my interactions are concerned, I feel like I have been robbed of my money by Scott at yunnansourcing.

I have never had anything but great interactions with Scott, and you obviously just created this account to come here and post this about him. I suspect there is more to the story.

those dates though.. why wait over a year?

Well yes, I had no other way to reach him as he was not responding to my email.

I didn’t wait a year, the email correspondence went on for months before he stopped replying.

Hi,

Please send me an email with “Yunnan Sourcing Order Problem” as the subject and I’ll look into it. I have been having alot of emails going to spam or mis-directed by inbox filters I had set up but since removed. Once I receive your email I will address any issues you have.

I have never had a problem in about thirty orders with Yunnan Sourcing. He has always fixed any problems quickly. I have never had a package lost.

I agree Scott is conscientious about his customers. I have always gotten a response on any email.

Scott has refunded the remaining order amount minus the shipping costs.
