I’m just finishing up the spreed sheet calculations and setting up a station for preparing packages before I open up.
I agree with the other people here – I’d love to try some of your blends when they’re available.
Also, call me a traditionalist, but I love the idea of mixing tangerine peel with jasmine pearls. That’s something I’m really looking at closely.

I’m the same way though when it comes to tea. I love my straight teas, but this is my outlet to unleash my creativity with one of my most beloeved things in life (tea).
The tangerine peel was removed from that blend though. I was just allowing some flavor to be absorbed into the pearls. If I would have left them in the mixture the tangerine taste would overpower it. The only was I could have done it would be to hand sew a few pearls with a single cut strand of tangerine peel myself which is possible but quite time consuming. Or, the other option is to use SUPER strong jasmine pearls.
Oh, I figured that they wouldn’t come with the peels mixed in and that they’d just sit together to infuse. But I love the idea of melding those two flavours.
Either I have a headache or a migraine… so if anything here is grammatically wrong, that is my excuse.

I haven’t had it, yet. I’ll be trying it tomorrow. When I can give it my undivided attention. :) It rained today and I want to drink it on the deck. Lol
So if by knowing how you feel about it and you haven’t had it… I know the future?
