What do you like most and least about our iced teas?

Hi, Frank! I’ve only had a handful of your iced tea flavors, but here’s my two cents: what I like most about them is the taste! They’re usually delicious – in fact, I’m drinking the coconut creme pie flavor right now and I can’t snarf it down fast enough! The thing I like least would be the delivery system. I know you’re trying to make it a no-brainer to brew, but I end up making the first two quarts, then have to save the used teabag in the fridge for the next brew, which is kind of strange, but not necessarily a problem. It’s just that I’m used to loose leaf teas, where I choose the amount and have more control over how much I use. Not a huge deal, I still enjoy and purchase your teas. Hope this helps!
