Yixing Pot Re-seasoning?

Hey everyone! I have a yixing teapot that I have rarely used because I first seasoned it with jasmine tea. However, I would like to re-season it with a new type of darker tea that I drink more often, like a black or puer or oolong. Is it possible for me to re-season a yixing pot or will that simply mess up the next type of tea I would brew in it? I have only used it twice with gongfu tea ceremony. Thanks for the advice!

Just start using the new tea in it, within a few sessions you’ll be good to go! :)

a rarely used pot will not show any aging.

Agree. Don’t worry abt it. You can pour boil water and let it sit for a while.
