I really like TeaMuse by Adagio http://www.teamuse.com/ (they also run TeaMap of tea rooms, and TeaChef with recipes/contests.)

I think I got added to this list in conjunction with some free samples. Regardless, the email always reminds me to pop over and check out recipes on their blog.

I found the Bana Tea Company website whilst stumbling around last night, looks like it might be a good resource for acquiring Pu-erh and info about it. They also have a newsletter:

This one is more geared toward tea-related businesses – shops, tearooms, etc. but it is an interesting way to find out about new trends in the tea world:

In this week’s issue, I learned that a Coffee and Tea themed TV show will be airing in spring on some networks: http://www.worldteanews.com/index.php/20091222837/Business-/-Financial/Coffee-and-Tea-TV-Show-to-Begin-Airing-in-March.html and that there is an tea history exhibit at UCLA’s Fowler Museum right now called “Steeped in History.” Photos here: http://www.fowler.ucla.edu/incEngine/?content=cm&cm=past&im_sort=desc&im_order=end_date

My website.

One of our staff members duties is to check the web on a regular basis for interesting tea news. We’ve created a board in our forum for her to post up tidbits and information about tea. We also recently posted an excellent documenatary about the American tea industry on our homepage http://leafboxtea.com/page/38/

Right now we are also working interpreting a Danish film about Fair Trade tea; we have a Danish speaker on our staff but er language has limits. I’m hoping Angrboda will come visit so I can get in touch to help with the translation issues. We’ll be posting something about it this week or next as we work through the project. We want to ensure the info is correct.

The free tea newsletters are monthly that come out within the first week of each month. It includes contests, tea recipes (sometimes links to recipe videos by us), guest writers for their adventures of tea, tea advice/tips and more! The link below will take you to a form to fill out. Just add in your email (which will never be shared with anyone) and it will be added to our mailing list.
