How many cups/mugs of tea do you drink a day?

I don’t drink any water (except for maybe a glass a day during summer). I drink about a liter of tea and at least a liter of non-tea drinks daily.

I drink tea all day long! My morning routine is black tea, usually a big old 16oz’ish mug. This is my “comfort” cup that has developed over a lifetime of tea drinking. I recently cut out the additives (milk and honey) to get the unadulterated benefits of the tea and also because I discovered better quality tea. It helps that I’ve found a host of non-astringent Yunnan black teas. That bitterness was what made me want to add milk and sweetener.
After that, it’s green and other teas all day. Usually multiple 4-8oz steeps of a host of different greens, with occasional yellows, whites, and puerh.
If I’m comparison cupping, it’s even more crazy. I end up tea drunk even though I don’t drink everything… 8)

At work I drink 4 8oz cups a day, Western method. I gongfu over the weekend. I don’t usually keep track (my vessels are 3oz or 4oz). Probably exceeds 32oz each day.
