packing apple tea

I am a small tea merchant from Assam. I want to pack apple cinnamon tea for my local market. The thing I have in mind is to just use freeze dried apple slices, cinnamon powder and pure assam black tea. But will it work without added flavour? and will the apple slices stay ok in the packing? please share your experience with me.

I can make it very tasty in loose but am not sure about packing. also please give any idea about size of slices and quantity in proportion to tea
