Help Me Name a Tea!

In the next week or so, my reblend of Rumchata Genmaicha will be ready for packaging and I need to come up with a name that isn’t Rumchata because the makers of Rumchata didn’t like it when Frank used that name before. They got upset enough with him to send him a cease and desist order and I’d rather not go through that.

So, I need to come up with a new name. I thought about going for something obvious and silly, like Drunken Latin Rice Beverage Genmaicha but I sincerely don’t wish to offend anyone with that

I guess I’m too politically correct but I prefer to think of myself as one who wants to not spark anger where there need not be any. Tea is my happy place and I want people to be happy when they think about (and drink) my tea.

I’m all about the peaceful vibe.

Anyway, I need a name that describes Rumchata without using the forbidden word.

Please help! If someone comes up with something I really like – the first person to come up with it will get a free taster pouch of the tea as my way of showing my appreciation.

Yumchata

There’s a tea company called Yumchaa, which might be too close.

A bit corny, but would you get away with something as simple as Rumchatea?

Rumaicha?

I never tried Frank’s version, but I think that rumchata tastes like French toast. French toast genmaicha?

ChattyRum instead of Rumchata

How about ChaRumba? It gives the cha tea idea and rum and rumba for the Latin element without being offensive.

“Rum Spiked Genmaicha”/“Latin Spiked Genmaicha”.

Or something to the effect of a ‘spiked’ Genmaicha.

Rumchata is of course a portmanteau of rum and horchata, so any combination of those two words would describe the flavor. How about “Horchata rumaicha”?

The paralegal student in me thinks you should name it Cease and Desist!
The Star Wars fan in me thinks it should be named “These aren’t the Chattas you’re looking for”.

OK that made me laugh. I might need to do a combination of Cease & Desist and one of the others mentioned here just because it’s perfect. My hubby would love it if I did the Star Wars one – perhaps I’ll come up with a fandom-ish tea to his liking soon.
