Tea Classico - *caution*

A word of warning with these guys. I ordered a 1998 CNNP Zhencangpin as a Xmas gift for myself and it never arrived. No waybill has been available, no replacement sent, no refund offered. Their phone is disconnected, they don’t answer emails and the only way I’ve made sporadic contact is via FB messenger. It’s now five weeks later with no resolution so I filed a PayPal dispute.

In the course of our communication on 1/16 they were “waiting for a reply” from the post office but didn’t answer another message until 1/19 when they said they were moving and didn’t have a waybill for the individual shipment. They promised a speedy resolution of either reshipment or refund. On 1/21, the last time I got a reply, they asked for my patience and promised resolution in less than a week saying that it was a high priority. I’m a pretty patient guy but finally threw in the towel this morning.

There are many good tea vendors, this is not one of them. Peace.
