Adagio now has yixing pots!

Just noticed that Adagio has 3 different yixing pots! …so tempting:)

Here is a thread on teachat that offers an opinion on the quality vs. price

I am skeptical of their yixing.

Yeah I’m skeptical of their everything… (except their tea cookies, those are good lol) Their $44 one looks good IMO… and as much as a pic can look good and be accurate online.

Spot52 I actually have Adagio’s Tasting Set and unfortunaly I get a lot of leaking when I use it so I am not a huge fan of it. I have seen one at Tea Gschwendner which looks a lot better but I haven’t tried it.

I have the tasting set from Art of Tea and have yet to use it. I think I shall save it now as a gift!

I have Adagio’s tasting set and did pretty well with not spilling. The cup is wide enough to catch most of my spillings. I love the size of the cup that comes with it too.

What is that secret ingredient?

Whew- teachat members were brutal in their reviews of the Adagio Yixing teapot.
