Spring Tonics?

I was reading reviews of WP’s ClariTea (which I happily drink on a regular basis) last evening, followed by an article on the efficacy of taking a spring tonic this time of year. It’s something I always plan to do and then promptly forget about doing.

Does anyone find anything in their tea cupboards tonic in nature? Do you have a tried and true tea or herbal spring tonic? Tasting good is not a prerequisite. Of course, no answers are construed as medical advice.

Warm lemonwater with apple cider vinegar every morning is my personal daily medicine. I do that every morning, all year long. In the spring I’ll sometimes use fresh ginger tea as the base. Tis a powerful preventative! :-)

I use:

16oz warm water or fresh ginger tea
Squeeze in 1/2 a lemon and 1 tablespoon ACV

Thanks, Brenden. This is such a simple potion and I see it recommended over and over again.

It’s pretty incredible how such a simple thigg can be so incredibly powerful!

I start the day with a tonic all year round. Mainly Indian herbal concoctions mixed with water & honey, and the apple cider vinegar is also a regular favorite of mine.

Ayurvedic herbs or just your own intuitive blend?

Ayurvedic stuff sold over the counter here in India.
