Very informative; it explains how pu-erh is processed, the differences between sheng (raw) and shu (ripe) and what makes for quality tea (not age as much as the original raw material).

No problem… there is a LOT of information about all kinds of teas, brewing, and tea vessels there, not just pu-erh info.

There is a lot of information on that website, like I said above. Of particular interest to me were what he wrote about what makes a quality tea (his description of what is called “hou yun”) and about phoenix oolongs, etc. Definitely worth checking out.

Hojo also has excellent (albeit) expensive. Their teaware is also excellent if you have the money for it.
