it’s not a true tea, but rooibos is supposed to have more antioxidants than true teas- but all true teas have antioxidents and amazing health benefits. True teas have a toxin cleansing feature rooibos does not have, caffeine. For more on toxin cleansing, type “detox” in the “find a tea box”, that’ll give you more ideas than most of us could.

Matcha has by far more antioxidants and health benefits ( ~70% more) than true tea prepared by steeping. Not sure about the detox factor though.

Lotus Leaf is known for “outer beauty and inner cleanliness” for its well known cleansing properties for removing nicotine, alcohol from the blood stream. Rose bud tea has been said to be beneficial to the heart and brain and to help with colds and kidney problems. Rose water is also said to have revitalising properties that are good for skin and tired eyes.
