What great prizes. I have the Adagio UtiliTEA kettle, and I don’t know how I would live without it.

If I won, I would steep up some six summits oolong from Teavana and use that nasty Sorapot. I saw that interview with K Rose a few months back and was amazed by the thing. Not to mention all those teas that come with the set.

I’m a pretty big fan of oolong tea right now, so I’d make a 人参乌龙 (ginseng oolong) I bought in Nanjing this past summer; it’s pretty fantastic.
Hmm… I think I’d have some Coconut Pouchong, that tea is amazing. :9
Wow Steepster, way to run the hands down best holiday contest I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if I can wait ’til the end of the holidays to try half of this stuff, so I may be looking to give away an electric kettle if I win.
The Nepal from Damn Fine Teas sounds like my perfect cup, it’s a little simple for something as expensive as the Sorapot, but I believe that’s the point of tea.
