Cool teapot! Looking forward to winning it and all these great teas!! ;-)

If I won, the first tea I’d make is Teavana’s Strawberry Paraiso. Awesome tea that’s great to relax with after dinner.

A wonderful prize! Steepster has put together a very desirable package of tea goodies. I would steep up the Dan Gui Flower in the Sorapot first thing.

The Golden Moon sampler looks like it comes with one called “White Licorice.” I’d definitely be making that first.

This is just ridiculous!

So many different choices of what to make first. Right now I am thinking I would try Pearl Fine Tea’s Jade Oolong in the Sorapot. There definitely need to be photos of the unboxing & preparation… or maybe just go the video route.

I would definitely start with a full matcha ceremony, to celebrate!

And really, if there’s a second prize, I’d settle for just the sorapot! That thing is awesome (and totally out of my range).

I would go out and splurge for some Tieguanyin Anxi Monkey-Picked Charcoal-fired Late Spring 2009 Organic at TeaTrekkers in Northampton MA! It’s about time for me to replenish my cupboard.

(Sorry for the repost, I wanted to make this a proper reply to the topic)

Found out about Steepster through the Damn Fine Tea folks… looks like corkd but for tea, which sounds fantastic. Looking forward to finding new teas.

This contest is the cat’s pajamas. If I win, the first pot I’ll brew is the last of my Andrews & Dunham Nepal from Series 1. Then I’ll bask in the glory of my new batch of A&D Series 1 included in the prize package!

Good luck to all!

What I make first would depend on the weather. The colder it is, the more I want chai, so if it were a day like today, I’d start with the Golden Moon Kashmiri Chai. If it’s balmier, I’d have to choose between the TeaFrog Darjeeling or the Andrews & Dunham Ceylon — probably the Darjeeling, since I’ve got some good organic Ceylon in my tea cupboard right now, but I’ve been out of Darjeeling for a while.
