Ali Shan oolong…. so earthy. Delicious – definitely my first choice to steep if I won.
Oh my goodness what an amazing prize pack! I would be sharing tea with everyone I know for the next year if I won it. I know for sure the first thing I would do is make matcha with the traditional matcha set. I have NEVER had real matcha before and that is something I must remedy!
EDIT: The first one I’d make in the Sorapot (since that’s the Twitter question) is Golden Moon’s Coconut Pouchong – just because it sounds so unique, like the teapot!

I’d make some White Mist from Earth Bound Tea. I had a chance to try it at a friend’s house months ago and loved it.

I would brew one of my 2 latest favorites: Tea Gschwendner’s Darjeeling Avongrove or Zhong Guo Cha Cloud Mist
Very cool. That’s a lot of choices to pick just one, but I think I would start with Pearl’s Golden Monkey.

i sort of got a bit faint when i saw this list of prizes. all that wonderful tea….
i’d have to go with mcnulty’s blue eyes herbal blend. my favorite tea find of this year.
