I added a new tea and keep getting an error message to refresh

Please tell how to correct this problem. I added the Organic Sencha Green Tea by Eden Foods Inc to the database. I cannot add a tasting note.

Also is there anyway to just note on what tea I am currently drinking without adding a taste note?

I used the search and found it listed twice.

You can note that you drank a tea, by just clicking Add Tasting Note. If you don’t fill anything into the textarea, it won’t show up on other people’s dashboard, but you can still rate it.
