how to make your own blends,
and not with all that crazy stuff like chocolade and strawberries no
just English blend,
Afternoon tea,
Breakfast tea
anybody can give me a start?

Well, as far as a breakfast blend… a standard breakfast blend these days usually means a combination of Ceylon and Assam. I actually like a little Keemun and Nilgiri in there too, but, basically, you can go with whatever teas you happen to like.

As far as ratio – again, go with what you like. If you happen to prefer a stronger edge to your breakfast blend, for example, add a little more Assam than Ceylon. If you want a little smoky taste to it, add a little Lapsang Souchong.

Basically, it’s really up to you.

Afternoon tea is also as varied as breakfast blends, but usually incorporates Darjeeling in the blend.
