The one time I got tea from Starbucks they were not using actual “tea” but were using a pre-made tea concentrate. No tea bags were used at all.

these actually have teabags hanging from the cup which is super nice!

All their teas now are made with bags except for obviously the matcha. I’m going to try the jade citrus next, they don’t have a huge selection but they have like 8 or so. I do like the oprah chai too.

One of my best friends is a barista at starbucks, and she has mentioned their chai lattes use a flavoured syrup with no actual tea. All of their hot teas are teavana tea bags though.
