Mother's Little Helper (Davids Tea) version UK

Hello,

I would like to know firstly, what would be a good equivalent tea shop to Davids Tea?

Secondly (and more importantly), does anyone know of a good equivalent version of Mother’s Little Helper tea, which is sold in David’s tea, in London or online?!

Thanks!

If you are just looking for a Valerian root tea I would be surprised if a company like Bluebird Tea Co didn’t sell one. If you are more specific than just wanting Valerian then I would suggest finding a few Valerian teas in Europe and comparing the list of ingredients to Davids Tea. If you have never actually had Mother’s Little Helper it is not the best tasting of teas because Valerian Root tastes quite vile. The more Valerian a tea has the more vile the taste.

Thanks! Well I think the ingredients in yogi bedtime is similar. Mothers little helper is Organic : Peppermint, lemongrass, hibiscus*, rosehips, chamo mile, valerian root, cornflowers. With natural peppermint flavouring.

Yogi bedtime appear to have similar ingredients although not totally the same. I did try mothers little helper and it wasn’t bad.
