Noooo! Aaaah I want it. But I’m still waiting for my FIRST 52 teas order to come in. It’s been almost twenty days. I hope it’s not stuck at customs.

I’m in Toronto and each of my three orders so far has taken a month plus or minus a day for some reason. I don’t usually have an issue (and I just got an order from Taiwan in 6 days; I guess air mail is different, but customs didn’t seem to be a problem). Packages from the States seem to take longer than from anywhere else, and these ones have been extra slow by quite a bit. I know what you mean, though. My 52 Teas orders keep overlapping!

That’s actually really good to know; I’m less worried now. I’ve made a very limited number of online purchases in the past, and although stuff always takes longer getting to Canada, this’ just the longest.

Yeah. I placed my last order 26 days ago and haven’t received it. I haven’t been too worried about it as the others have eventually made it.

I’m afraid a lot of the orders placed over the last month or so got delayed a bit on my end. I was trying to get ready for a big trade show and I injured my back and things just spiraled downwards from there. I’m feeling much better now and the show is behind us, so things should be back to normal now. I would mention that our shipping method is also a bit slow. We ship USPS First Class and First Class International. So, while you are not having to pay $20 per order for shipping, it is a little slower and a bit more infuriating. I did get a few packages returned to me last week that were going to Canada. Some self-important civil servant in the post office decided that after nearly three years of doing what I had been doing (rubber-stamping the Canadian parcels with a message that said the packages were not prohibited, restricted or dutiable), that this was no longer acceptable. So, you will probably be getting packages now with all of the customs paperwork attached and everything like I do for the overseas customers.

Anyway, I have to run, but wanted to give you an update on the shipping situation. Thanks for your business!

Thanks! I’m glad you’re feeling better. I’ve come to accept that if I worry about a package it will never show up. It’s making me more patient!

My first 52teas order was about three weeks in coming (I’m in NS). I also find that things making the “long trip” from the US to Canada take longer than anything else, sometimes even when using comparable shipping methods. Placed another order this morning to grab some of the blueberry cream cheese danish (amongst others!) and now am trying to forget about it so I can be surprised in a month or so.

I’m really glad you’re feeling better. Yeah, customs can be a bitch; I’m happy that so far I’ve mostly only heard horror stories and not had any actual problems myself.

Well, all of the orders that have been received over the last couple of days have been processed and we’re now picking and packing them. They will get dropped off at the post office this afternoon or this evening, so if you are curious how long the USPS part of the process takes, you could count the days from tomorrow until your receive your package. I would be curious to know too.
