We have been aging Pu-erh more then 20 years and have good experience about the real aged Pu-erh. Most of the Pu-erh we are selling are kept and age in our own house in Hong Kong.

Storage Pu-erh in Hong Kong have an advantage, the climate allow the Pu-erh develop it flavor in a natural way, without using any air conditioning or humidifier. The most important thing is keeping the humidity and temperature of the storage room in balance, that the bad mold is not growing on the Pu-erh and yet allow certain degree of biological activity to happen to promoting the aging process.
