Tea Blenders in France?

Hiya everyone!

So I’m really wanting to learn more about tea blending (er, learn more about tea in general really) and I’m not quite sure where to start. I live in Paris, France and I’m not 100% savvy on the tea-scene here and honestly don’t know where to go looking.

Do any of you know anybody in France that might be able to help?

Also, to those of you who own their own tea companies and do their own blending, how did you get started? Any advice?
