Tea as a sun screen?

What an interesting article! I think I’m going to look into buying some green tea extract!

Just make sure you keep up with the sunscreen, too!

There are actually many lotions that contain it. I am not sure I would want neat green tea extract on my skin. You know how too much of a good thing is still too much……

Why would you not want it?

You just need to make sure that it is safe to use straight up….some extracts are not.

Well I highly doubt this article would have been written if it is not.

There are different concentrations available. My advice is to read lables carefully, and be sure it is formulated for topical use. That is all.

I’m a regular user of sunscreen – family history of skin cancer and some sketchy moles convinced this pale skinned person to use the ’block regularily years ago! However, I do have concerns about some of the ingredients used in some/most sunscreens and the potential damage that way. Tea would be a neat option!
