Tea Guardian, an independent tea editorial

Fellow tea lovers,

I would like to share a fairly new tea site: http://teaguardian.com/

It is an independent editorial and reference guide for fine teas. The author of the site is a very experienced and knowledgeable (from what I have seen so far) tea expert. The site’s mission is to dispell some old myths about tea and further understanding of the whole process, from production to consumption, for the benefit of both the consumers and producers. The content itself is very much based on fact and science (with exceptionally good references and citations), the author’s own experience and some Traditional Chinese Medicine (when so, clearly separated). The site is updated weekly. There is also a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tea-Guardian-Fans-Page/150329995018793

Disclaimer: I have been a lurker on the Steepster forums so far. I am in no way affiliated with the site. The enthusiasm that can possibly be felt in my tone is simply because info such as this is precious to me and I think We Should Do More Of That. :-)

I have to agree with you this was an exceptionally good reference site for those of us that want a true understanding of tea. There is so much more to the leaf than just what ends up in our cups. Thank you for the link I will be following this site for more updates.
I truly enjoy the educational aspect of the tea industry.
