Question for Golden Moon tea club members
If you are in the Golden Moon tea of the month club, did you get a package in May? Last one I received was Dragon Eye in April.
Also, if anyone wants to swap their Green Cloud for my Dragon Eye, hit me up! Dragon Eye didn’t work for me, but I’m relatively fond of Green Cloud.
That was the last I received too. I wasn’t sure how many I got (or how many I signed up for) though. I’m planning on using the Dragon Eye for iced tea, I think it will be much better that way.
Just double checked and yes you are supposed to receive one each month (some companies double up to cut costs)… on an unrelated note, their sampler REALLY shot up in price. :(
It is unfortunate but something we had to do. We had kept costs locked in for about 4 years, but we had to raise prices due to increases in packaging and tea.
Another reason for the increase is we have been upgrading our single leaf teas. While I feel the quality is through the roof for these teas, the prices have also increased.
But $30 for the teas and gift basket is still a really good deal in my opinion. Not as good as it was before, but still better than anyone else out there :)
P.S – Keep an eye out for our new sampler sets coming out. We will announce them through our newsletter in the next month or so.
I emailed them and they said the product shipped to them around 5/23. So sounds like they didn’t have the tea on hand yet.
Sorry for the delay everyone. We have been having a lot of trouble with customs recently, hence the delay in sending your tea.
We have worked out a system to make sure that both the tea is the freshest, yet making sure you receive it in a timely manner.

June will be arriving any day now. I really think you will enjoy both of these :)
I contacted Sylvia in May and on 5/26 she told me the May tea hadn’t arrived yet and that it had shipped to Golden Moon on 5/23. The last shipment I had was in April and that was mentioned to her (Dragon Eye I think). Marcus, I will forward you the email I had with her.
Also, I just tried to log on to the Golden Moon web page and received a security certificate error so I did not log on.
