hebal tea's everyday?!
I’ve become addicted to herbal tisanes (infusions …), mainly sage, thyme, mint & basil. It seems like any talk on drinking any of these herbs are based on their medicinal properties. Should they not be consumed everyday? I’ve heard that they can also mess with your thyroid (thyme mainly).
Herbs are very complex. You need several herbs working together for a long period of time if you are seriously looking to harness the health benefits. Most of the information out there on herbal remedies is simplified and/or marketing.
But now you have me interested if you can have too much thyme as I am also addicted to herbal infusions (salads…)
