Harney and Sons Indian Nimbu Iced

Good evening all. I bought a tin of Indian Nimbu for a friend and she loved that I did that. However, she really likes it iced, but has never made it for herself (sigh). So now I want to keep a pitcher of it in the fridge for her when she stops over (which is all the time). If anyone has ever made this iced can you give me an idea of how much you used and how long you let it steep? Thanks!

Honestly, I just make a teapot full like you would if it was hot, let it cool, and then put it in a pitcher with ice.

That’s what I did. I have an awesome iced tea maker so I just upped the amount of tea and hope for the best.

I make a ton of iced tea in large batches and I tend to do 1 of two things:

1. Make the tea as normal & cool it in the fridge

2. Use half the water required for normal steeping then after steeping the tea add ice until it fills up to what the water level should have been. For instance, if I have a tea that requires 1 teaspoon per 8oz and i want to make 8oz of iced tea. I use 4oz of water with 1 teaspoon of tea then add ice until reaches the 8oz level.
